For us, great support is about more than services — it’s about building trusted relationships that help people live the life they choose.

Great Support Starts with a Great Team

We believe the quality of support the participants receive is directly connected to how well support workers are valued, supported, and respected. That’s why we invest in creating a positive workplace culture where people feel appreciated, heard, and empowered to do their best work.

By fostering strong relationships, providing ongoing support, and recognising the contribution of every team member, we create an environment where workers can thrive. In turn, participants benefit from consistent support, stronger relationships, and a team that genuinely cares.

When our people succeed, the people we support succeed too.

What was the best thing that has happened to you this year? Answer “My Support Worker”

Jake, Corowa

How we work

We start with you

Good support shapes itself around the person — always. We take the time to understand your routines, choices, goals and support network, so everything we do is built around what actually helps you.

Our practice

The right person chosen by you.

We get to know your needs and preferences before introducing a support worker who is a good fit. You meet them, and if it works, you go from there. The final say is always yours.

Consistent workers who know your community.

Our support workers live and work alongside the people they support. That means consistent supports, real local knowledge, genuine connection and support that feels familiar, respectful and grounded in your world.

Your routine, your way.

We build support around your decisions, your daily routine and the goals that matter most to you.

You are always in the loop.

If anything changes, we contact you first. You are always consulted and always in control — because informed decisions start with clear communication.

Born from local need

Built for Corowa, Chiltern, Howlong, Rutherglen, Albury/Wodonga and surrounding communities. Shaped from the ground up by the people who live here.

Consistent Support Workers

The same familiar faces, every time. Our team is thoughtfully matched to participants by personality, compatibility and skill to provide supports that are genuinely stable and consistent.

Local by design

Built on trust and relationships earned over time. You’re supported by people who know you and who live and are part of the community you call home.

A place to belong

A place where differences are welcomed and everyone belongs. Every person is treated with dignity, respect and genuine care regardless of background, culture or ability.

Experienced Leadership. Trusted Governance.

100+ years of combined experience underpins our organisation. Drawing on expertise across disability services, community development, finance, research, education, and business, we provide strong leadership, sound governance, and quality outcomes for the people we support.

The standards that shape our care

Our values guide how we communicate, make decisions and provide support. They help keep SupportedPlus focused on what matters most: trust, respect, responsibility and support that feels safe for each participant.

Honesty and trust

We believe trust is built through clear communication, reliability and doing what we say we will do.

Responsibility and courage

We make considered decisions, own the outcomes, and speak up when something needs to change.

Excellence, hope and collaboration

We work closely with participants, families and support networks, so every decision reflects what the participant wants.

Respect and inclusion

We respect each participant’s choices, culture, identity and voice, so support feels safe, dignified and personal.
