Some participants need extra support at mealtimes — from low-level support like shopping for the right foods and preparing meals to suit dietary needs, through to more complex needs such as a texture-modified diet or managing swallowing difficulties. SupportedPlus is a registered provider of Mealtime Management support. We work closely with your treating health professional to plan, shop for and prepare meals safely, exactly as your Mealtime Management Plan requires.
Our team is trained to prepare and provide meals according to your individual plan. Your support worker can recognise the signs of a mealtime safety incident and respond quickly and appropriately. Whatever level of support you need, we’re ready to welcome you.
